If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
What is covered
- The Type 2 Toolkit — Lifestyle Guide, $27 one-time purchase. This is an instant digital download. It includes the Lifestyle Guide (PDF), the Recipes (PDF, 20 recipes), and the Daily Checklist (PDF).
- You may keep the downloaded files after a refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected].
- Put "Refund request" in the subject line.
- Include the email address you used to buy and your receipt or order number.
That is all. You do not need to explain why.
How the refund is paid
- We refund the full $27.00 to the original payment method (the same card or payment account you used).
- We will reply within 2 business days of your request.
- Once we approve the refund, your bank or card company may need 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. We cannot control how fast they act.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. The refund is the full amount you paid, with nothing taken out for processing fees.
After 30 days
Requests made after 30 days are not covered by this guarantee. If something went wrong with your download or your charge, write to us anyway and we will look into it.
Trouble with your download?
If a file will not open or you did not get your email, write to [email protected] first. We will fix it or send a new link. You can still ask for a refund at any time within the 30 days.
Wrong charge or duplicate charge
If you were charged twice or you do not recognize a charge, email us right away so we can look into it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. It is faster, and we will gladly help.
